Affected by the epidemic, the 2nd International Conference on Artificial Intelligence (CICAI 2022) will be postponed toSeptember 3-4, 2022 in Yanqi Hotel, Beijing, China. The submission deadline is extended to June 21st. We sincerely invite colleagues from academia and industry to contribute and share new achievements around the cutting-edge theory and applications of artificial intelligence. The conference also has a presentation paper solicitation to encourage on-site demonstration and exchange of new technological achievements. The conference will also award the best paper, the best student paper, the best poster and the best demo.

 

Professor Yang Qiang, academician of the Royal Academy of Sciences and the Canadian Academy of engineering, chief artificial intelligence officer of Webank and former head of the Department of computer and engineering of Hong Kong University of science and technology, will be invited to attend the CICAI 2022 and make a keynote report on "credible federal learning". Professor Tao Dacheng, President of Jingdong Exploration Research Institute, senior vice president of Jingdong group, consultant of Digital Science Research Institute of the University of Sydney, Distinguished Visiting Professor of Tsinghua University and master Chair Professor of the University of science and technology of China, will be invited to attend the CICAI 2022 and make a keynote Report around "complexity and difference: ViTAE makes machine vision fly higher".

 

On September 3rd, the conference will set up a tutorial with five themes: Graph machine learning, AI digital human, Human-computer Interaction and Robot, and Natural Language Intelligence, Art and Artificial Intelligence. Speakers include experts and scholars in the field of artificial intelligence from well-known universities and enterprises such as Tsinghua University, Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Central Conservatory of Music, China Mobile Research Institute, UIUC University, UCLA University, University of Virginia, University Rochester USA, University of British Columbia, Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH), and USA InterDigital. Registration for this tutorial is free and the number of places is limited. Papers received by the conference can directly participate in the tutorial.

Notes for paper submission

CICAI2022 submissions shall be original papers, written in English, single column typesetting, with a length of no more than 10 pages (text) + 2 pages (references). This conference will adopt a double-blind manuscript review mechanism, and the accepted papers will be published by Springer press and included by EI. Some excellent papers will be invited to be published in special SCI journals such as science of China (English version), Journal of Tsinghua University (English version), Journal of computer science and technology. The conference will also award the best paper, the best student paper and the best poster paper.

 

Instructions for presentation submission

The submission of CICAI2022 presentation paper requires original paper, written in English, single column typesetting, with length of no more than 4 pages (text) + 2 pages (references), brief video introduction (no more than 5 minutes, uploaded in the form of supplementary materials in the submission system). This presentation will be submitted through a single blind review mechanism. The accepted demonstration papers will be included in the paper collection of this meeting, published by Springer press and included by EI. At least one author is required to attend the meeting and give a live presentation at the meeting. The conference set up the best presentation award to encourage presentation papers with good originality and practicability.

Tutorial topic 1: Graph Machine Learning

Graph machine learning extends the classical convolutional neural network model to the non-Euclidean domain. It has a wide range of applications in various fields, including brain science, network analysis, computer vision, computer graphics, particle physics and chemistry and intelligent medicine. It has become a research hotspot in the world and the frontier technology of the development of artificial intelligence. This topic tutorial invites top scholars from interdigital, University of British Columbia, Tsinghua University, Peking University, Shanghai Jiaotong University and Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications to introduce graph machine learning in simple terms from basic theory to cutting-edge application, and provide some interpretability for graph machine learning based on graph spectrum theory, and to further consider special graph models such as heterogeneous graph and hypergraph.
