On October 26th, the 2019 China Intelligent Industry Summit Forum (CIIS 2019) with the theme of “Unbounded Intelligence, Driver of the Future” was opened in Xi'an. In order to make Xi'an to a "Hard Technology Capital", CIIS 2019 brings the wisdom and strength of China's intelligent industry to the ancient capital. 11 Chinese and foreign academicians, more than 160 guests, and over 3,500 professional visitors gathered together to present a multi-dimensional view of the hot topics and common difficulties of the smart industry. The landing and development of China's artificial intelligence industry is inseparable from a group of excellent enterprises and universities serving as the driving force. This forum attracted Jingdong Yun, Baidu, Keda Xunfei, Didi, Inspur, Xinsong Robot, Huawei, China Ping An, Yutong Bus and other leading companies and distinguished universities like Tsinghua University, Peking University, Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, University of Science and Technology of China, Shaanxi Normal University and Tongji University and other well-known domestic and foreign universities. In Seven keynote Reports, New ideas, Achievements, and Ideas Emerge in an Endless Stream.

On the theme forum day, seven guests presented brilliant keynote reports. As academic and technical leaders in various fields, the seven guests not only presented their latest research and findings, but also combined with the successful cases in the actual scene, bringing forward-looking ideas for the industrial application of AI technology.

Qionghai DAI, Director of the CAAI Brain Science and Artificial Intelligence Committee, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Dean of the Institute of Brain and Cognitive Sciences of Tsinghua University, and CAAI Fellow, introduced the theme of the report--Opto-Cognitive Unmanned Systems, through the transformation of production tools, typical unmanned systems, Fourier domain optical diffraction network and other aspects.

Jie CHEN, Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, President of Tongji University, IEEE/CAAI Fellow, expounded the basic situation and current situation of autonomous unmanned systems with the theme of Several Problems of Autonomous Intelligent Unmanned System, put forward the related scientific problems and looking into the future development direction.
