Introduction:
Research and applicationon cloud computing and intelligent systems have been extensively developed inrecent years. We have witnessed numerous successes in various critical sectorsof our society. As always, CCIS provides a forum for researchers andpractitioners to exchange ideas and present their latest outputs, discusschallenging issues, and share experiences mainly in the field of cloudcomputing and intelligence systems. The past CCIS conferences were held in Beijing(2011), Hangzhou (2012), and Shenzhen & Hong Kong (2014), respectively.CCIS 2016, the 4th event of this exciting conference series, will beheld at Beijing, August 17-19, 2016. The theme of CCIS 2016 is embracing challengesof cloud computing and intelligent technology at the age of big data. Theconference will feature a comprehensive technical program, including a numberof world class keynote speeches, frontline panel discussions, and sessionpresentations. It is a great opportunity for learning, education, and informationexchanging for all participants.
The conference proceedingswill be published by IEEE Press (EI indexed). Selected high quality papers fromCCIS 2016 will be invited to a number of prestigious Special Issues after asolid extension. The tentative Special Issues are with IEEE Transactions onSystems, Man, and Cybernetics: Systems, Journal of Network and ComputerApplications, Nurocomputing, and China Communications.

Before submission,authors should register the conference first. Visit the Registration page of the conference website http://ccis2016.caai.cn/ , and then fill outthe form. Authors will receive a registration successful email. After that,authors can sign in the conference and submit papers.
We cordiallyinvite you to submit a paper. Acceptance will be based on quality, relevanceand originality. Papers should be submitted electronically as WORD files andall submissions must be done through conference website. Only the full papersreceived before the deadline will be considered for review.
All submissionsshould be written in English with a maximum paper length of five (5) printedpages (10-point font) including figures without incurring additional pagecharges (maximum 1 additional page with over-length page charge if accepted).
