The CCIS International Conference began in 2010, and successfully held in Beijing, after that, it will be held every two years. They were successfully held in 2012 (Hangzhou), 2014 (Shenzhen & Hong Kong) and 2016 (Beijing). IEEE CCIS 2018 is the fifth conference, the successful convening of this international conference provides a valuable opportunity for teachers and students at home and abroad to communicate directly with experts, scholars and industrial engineers in the same field, which is conducive to promoting the discipline construction and scientific research development of Chinese universities and enhancing the communication between domestic universities and famous universities, research institutions and enterprises around the world; at the same time, it also provides a window for domestic researchers to understand the latest development trend of cloud computing and intelligent systems in the world, and provides a broad platform for information exchange, which plays an important role in promoting in-depth research and development of domestic cloud computing and intelligent systems, and promoting international exchanges and cooperation.
