I. Introduction
1. Background of the Competition
In order to give full play to the role of colleges and universities as a new force in our country’s cultural industry, improve the creative expression and innovation ability of college students, lead the social development and industrial upgrading of colleges and related disciplines and majors, and realize the innovative development and creative transformation of college teaching and research achievements, fully develop our country’s cultural undertakings and cultural industries, and contribute to improving the country’s cultural soft power. On the basis of successfully holding nine consecutive “National College Students Digital Media Technology Works and Creativity Competition”, the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence will continue to hold the “10th National College Students Digital Media Technology Works and Creativity Competition (2022)”.
Based on the previous “self-selected topics” competitions, the introduction of national needs and industry advanced technologies is set as “designated topics”, striving to extensively explore and cultivate the talents and projects in intelligent technology and services cultural field by organizing student competitions and academic seminars, and discover creativity, encourage innovation, support entrepreneurship, build an open intelligent technology and cultural and creative industry integration development and service platform, so as to provide a display platform for current students and graduates of various majors in colleges and universities to show their outstanding projects, and help their future development.
2. Purposes of the Competition: Technology lead the future, creativity change the times
This competition aims to carry forward China’s excellent cultural traditions, accelerate the coordinated development between the cultivation of talents in China’s colleges and universities and the needs of social development, promote the connotation construction of related majors in colleges and universities, improve the teaching level of professional teachers and students’ learning enthusiasm and teamwork awareness. In addition, it hopes to build a school-enterprise, government-industry-university-research cooperation platform to help Our college students inherit excellent traditional culture in the new era, integrate in inheritance, innovate in integration, grow in innovation, enhance their innovation, creativity, and creativity, and contribute to the health of the country. III. Participants
All students from ordinary colleges and universities (including vocational colleges) approved by the Ministry of Education can participate the competition. Among them: Unreal (UE4) work creation, graduate individuals and teams within the past 5 years to participate.
IV. Teams
1. The competition is in the form of student teams, and each team generally has no more than 5 students.
2. In order to facilitate the organization and arrangement of the competition, each participating team needs to designate 1-2 instructors or graduate students as team leaders (Graduate students here will be team members, not instructors).
3. In order to better promote exchanges and cooperation between different disciplines, majors and schools, this competition especially encourages students to form teams across majors and schools, but the same entries completed by the team will be judged uniformly.

VI. Schedule setting and time arrangement
(1) Schedule setting
Combining with the special requirements of epidemic prevention and control in 2022, this year’s competition will be held online. The schedule is divided into three stages: the preliminary competition, the sub-district competition and the national final. Please refer to Attachment 1: Participation Guide for details of the schedule settings and specific arrangements.

VII. Award setting
This competition is set up first prize, second prize, and third prize according to the categories of the entries; the team instructors of the first prize in the national finals will receive the Outstanding Instructor Award and other awards.
