August 20-23, 2021, sponsored by CAAI, organized by Tsinghua University, Gusu Laboratory, CAAI Cognitive System and Information Processing Committee, CAA Cognitive Computing and System  Special Committee, "International Conference on Cognitive Systems and Information Processing" (ICCSIP 2021) will be held in Suzhou. The theme of the conference is Cognitive inspired intelligence and intelligent materials.

The purpose of the conference is to gather experts from different professional fields to discuss the latest developments in the field of cognitive systems and intelligent information processing, and to showcase new research results and future development prospects. This conference was supported technically by Nanjing Qingzhan Artificial Intelligence Research Institute, China Science and Technology Converged Perception Intelligence Research Institute, China Electronics and Information Industry Development Research Institute, Science in China Series F: Information Sciences, IET Cognitive Computing and Systems, and National Natural Science Foundation.

In addition, the ICCSIP 2021 Program Committee is also soliciting suggestions about the special meeting within the technical scope of the meeting. The special meeting will be organized by internationally recognized experts, aiming to bring together researchers to discuss special key topics. Papers submitted to the special conference will be peer-reviewed, and the review criteria are the same as the submitted papers. Researchers interested in organizing the special meeting are invited to submit formal proposals to ICCSIP 2021. The special meeting proposal should include a brief description of the name, scope and motivation of the meeting, the name of the organizer, contact information and a brief resume.

Paper submission

Authors are requested to submit long papers (up to 15 pages) through the online submission system before the submission deadline. At the same time, potential organizers are invited to solicit more than 5 papers with the same theme to form a special conference. The submitted paper means that the paper is original and has not been submitted for review or is not protected by copyright elsewhere. If accepted, it will be published by the author. All submitted papers will be reviewed by experts in the field according to criteria such as originality, importance, quality and clarity. The accepted paper authors will have the opportunity to revise the paper and consider the comments and suggestions of the judges. The papers published on ICCSIP 2021 will be published in the EI-indexed collections, and some of the top papers selected will be included in the special issues of some SCI-indexed journals.
