Notice on the nomination of the Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology Award in 2020

According to the spirit of "Deepening the reform of the reward system of science and technology plan " (State Office Letter〔2017〕no. 55), and "The Regulations of Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology Award and its implementation rules", " The Implementation Measures of Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology Award Nomination System (Trial)" (Attachment 1) and other relevant regulations, in order to fully implement the innovation-driven development strategy, encourage and guide the vast number of scientific researchers to vigorously promote the spirit of scientists, by recommending and selecting outstanding intelligent scientific and technological achievements and industrialization projects, effectively mobilizing the enthusiasm and creativity of our countries' intelligent technology leaders, and vigorously improving intelligent science and technology with the development level of industrial applications, give full play to the empowering role of artificial intelligence technology in various industries, reward units and individuals that have made outstanding contributions in artificial intelligence scientific research activities, and better serve the vast number of intelligent technology workers and all members , the nomination of the Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology Award in 2020[Guoke Award Society Certificate No. 0218] has officially started.

The Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology Award is the highest award in the field of intelligent science and technology in China. It is eligible to nominate and recommend national science and technology awards with an annual prize of  2 million yuan. Invite local artificial intelligence societies (alliances), scientific research institutes (offices) and artificial intelligence research institutes (colleges);the branches, group members and scholars and experts in the same field should intensify their publicity efforts and organize nomination conscientiously.
